In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days to organise a replacement.
Please include in your email photos of:
- Any external damages to packaging
- Damages sustained to the product
Please email photos through to hello@lostthelabel.com along with your order number, name and a phone number.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time as all artworks are custom-made to order.
