What size frame should I get for my print?
Shopping for Frames: Art Prints
All of our art prints come in standard sizes to make it easy for you to choose a frame that suits your home.
All prints have a white printed border to give you the option to frame them with or without a foam core mount in the frame.
You can frame the prints in their matching frame size, or to place extra focus on the image, you can try using an oversized frame with a smaller insert size.

5 x 7 inch print
Frame: Standard 5 x 7 inch.
Perfect for a desktop, bedside table or small display area.
A4 print
Final print size:
Border:

Frame: A4 or A3 frame with A4 insert space.
A3 print
Final print size:

Frame: A3 frame or A2 frame with A3 insert spaces
A2 print

A0/poster:
This size is not standard. You may be able to obtain a large frame online in A0, but framing at your local framer is recommended.
We always encourage you to use your local framer or homeware store for frames, but if you are renting or looking for a price efficient options, you can also try:
IKEA, Big W, Kmart, Officeworks, Etsy or Target.
If you are hanging multiple prints together, we recommend a minimum of 50-100mm between each print to give a clean, spacious effect.

What paper is used for the art prints?
All art prints are on quality MOAB bright Entrada, museum quality archival paper 290 gsm. This premium paper is used to produce a true fine art production.
What is your canvas floating frame like?
Our floating frames are raw oak timber with a 35x45mm L shape timber frame profile. The floating frame finish has fittings and a taped back so it is delivered to your door and ready to hang.

Reduce emmissions and waste with local Australian production
We have carefully chosen local print suppliers to produce prints and canvas within Australia to reduce transportation distances and carbon emissions on each order. We are also focused on supporting our local community by keeping our suppliers within Australia.
Reducing waste and resources with custom order production
Artworks custom printed and made in Australia on demand to reduce waste. This avoids excess production ending up in landfills.
We use responsibly sourced & sustainable products
We always strive to use responsibly sourced materials that are of a high quality. Our products are designed to last as we work with suppliers that offer high-quality products that we trust will be enjoyed for a long period of time.
Can I order a custom size?
Our prints are available in sizes (5 x 7 in, A4, A3, A2, A1 (recommended**), A0).
Our framed timber canvases are available in the same sizes (except 5 x 7 inch).

Shipping & Returns
Which products receive FREE standard shipping?
Free standard untracked shipping applies to all unframed art prints, within Australia.
We are also extending this offer for a limited time only to framed canvas.
This offer does not extend to international orders. Standard freight shipping will apply to these orders.
Damages & Replacements
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days to organise a replacement.
Please include in your email photos of:
• Any external damages to packaging
• Damages sustained to the product
Please email photos through to hello@lostthelabel.com along with your order number, name and a phone number.
I ordered to the wrong address, what do I do?
Please ensure you have entered the correct address details before finalising your order.
If an order is returned to Lost the Label due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto the customer for the reshipment to occur.
Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time as all artworks as custom-made to order.
How long does delivery usually take?
All artwork is custom made, printed and packed to order in Australia. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for art prints and 14 - 21 business days of printing and packing time for framed canvas before artwork is shipped. If you need something more urgently than this, please first reach out at hello@lostthelabel.com instead of placing your order via the website and we will see if we are able to organise alternate printing or shipping.
We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.
